Refund policy

We aim to make every product as perfect as we can! However, if for some reason there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to help the best we can. If you need to return an order, you have 7 days from receiving the order to send the product back. The shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Our return address will be given upon contact. Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition. If there is any damage to the product, this loss of value falls to the buyer. When we receive the order back, we will issue your refund the same working day, minus the initial shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.  ♡
