General Information:

♥ Every item is handmade so minor imperfections can occur. 

♥ We aim to dispatch your order within 1 week.

♥ We will post your order via Royal Mail 48 Tracked so you are able to track your order all the way from our UK based office to you front door.

♥ We will ship your order to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Please double check this is correct. If there are any mistakes or issues please contact us as soon as possible so we have time to change this. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for it to be returned to us, and pay the shipping costs to resend to the correct address.
